Product and Design Innovation

The expo and product demonstration areas at the 2025 International Builders Show/Kitchen and Bath Industry Show are like a candy store for real estate and building professional. Every product imaginable was represented. 

Here are my favorites from this years show: 

Transparent Bathtubs

They may not be for everyone but they look really pretty! We saw a variety of acrylic colors with amber and orange being the most popular. MonBlari has an extensive list of choices.

Statement Front Doors

Carved wood, patterns and remote entry were some of my favorite features. Mastergrain makes beautiful doors. 

Appliances in Your Bathroom

Monogram featured a luxury bathroom with both a warming drawer (for towels or hot stones) and refrigerated drawer (for beverages, eye rollers and beauty products). I need this luxury in my life! 

Color!

Many appliance manufacturers had a rainbow of colors to customize the look for your kitchen. SMEG was my favorite. Famous for their retro style refrigerators, SMEG also makes a whole suite of appliances in the best colors. They also have a collaboration with Dolce & Gabbana - the espresso machine is on my wish list! 

Modular Homes

The latest designs in accessory dwellings, modular units and mobile homes have style and affordability. Boxabl makes a teeny tiny home (just 120 sq ft!) for $20k. Zook Cabins makes a mobile, trailer ready cabin that does not skimp on space or style.
